Care
Pre-washed denim.
We use good denim and wash it just enough to keep its character — so it may fade or bleed a touch as you wear and wash it. The darker the wash, the more likely a little bleed, especially the first few times.
Wash separately in cold water to protect the rest of your laundry. To cut down on dye transfer, add about a tablespoon of white vinegar to the wash — or soak them inside-out in cold water with a cup of vinegar for an hour or two before the first wear.
Skip the starch — it's hard on denim and shortens its life. A hot iron does the trick when you need a crease.

How do returns and exchanges work?
Returns and exchanges are free on U.S. orders (lower 48 states), within 30 days of purchase. Items should come back unworn, with tags on and in their original packaging — final-sale items aren’t eligible.
To start, head to our returns page and choose “Start a return or exchange,” then enter your order number and email.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within about 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We’ll email you as soon as it’s accepted.
Do these run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size, though fit can vary from piece to piece. Check the Size & Fit guide on each product before ordering — and if you’re between sizes, reach out and we’ll help you choose.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every piece carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something’s defective, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit. Normal wear and fit or sizing aren’t covered.
When will my order ship?
We aim to pack and ship your order within a few business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it’s on its way.

Will my jeans shrink?
Our denim is pre-washed, so shrinkage is minimal. Wash cold and hang or lay flat to dry to keep the fit true — full care details are under Care above.
