Welcome to Steinmetz Signature, operated by Steinmetz Co. LLC (“Steinmetz Signature,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of steinmetzco.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products, Availability & Limited Runs

Our pieces are produced in limited production runs. Quantities are limited and availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and correct any errors in product descriptions, images, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Errors

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including after a confirmation email has been sent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, you will receive a refund to your original payment method for the cancelled items.

5. Pre-Orders

Some items are sold as pre-orders, with payment captured at checkout. Pre-orders are produced based on confirmed demand and are final sale once the pre-order window closes — they cannot be cancelled or refunded after that point. We will provide an expected ship date and order updates by email. Ship dates are estimates and may shift due to production timelines.

6. Payment

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store full payment card details.

7. Shipping & International Orders

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Brazil. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Steinmetz Signature name, logos, designs, graphics, product imagery, and text — is owned by or licensed to Steinmetz Co. LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to infringe the rights of others.

11. User Communications

If you submit any content to us (reviews, photos, messages, or social tags), you grant Steinmetz Signature a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steinmetz Co. LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steinmetz Co. LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
