Shipping policy

We wanted to take a moment to clarify how pre orders work, as we know there has been some understandable confusion around delivery timelines.

For all pre order items, we ask customers to allow a 12 - 14 week minimum timeline for production and delivery. This timeframe is standard for pre ordered pieces, as they are not items we currently have in stock and ready to ship.

Shopify does automatically generate an estimated delivery date at checkout, which can make it appear as though the item is an in stock order. However, this automated estimate does not account for pre order production timelines. When an item is labeled Pre Order directly in the product name, it indicates that the extended timeline applies.

Please know this will not be the case for in stock items. Any products marked as in stock will ship within our normal fulfillment window.

We chose to open pre orders as the only way to offer these pieces early, something many of you requested, while ensuring accurate production quantities and quality control. This approach allows us to bring you these designs sooner than waiting for a full in stock launch.
