Refund policy

At Steinmetz Co., we stand behind the quality of every piece we produce. Due to limited production runs and pre-order inventory, we maintain the following policy.

Returns

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

All eligible returns are issued as:

  • Exchange

or

  • Store Credit

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of odors, stains, or makeup
  • In original condition with tags attached

If the requested size is in stock, we will exchange it.

If the requested size is sold out:

  • Store credit will be isued

or

  • We can place you on the next pre-order list

Store Credit

  • Does not expire
  • Is issued via email
  • Can be used on any future Steinmetz Co. purchase

Pre-Order Items

Preorder purchases are final sale once production begins.

Because production is based on confirmed orders, we cannot cancel or refund preorders after they close.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale:

  • Discounted items
  • Promotional bundles
  • Limited releases
  • Gift cards

No returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will make it right.


Steinmetz Co. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
